Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify technical requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for all the projects.
• Prepare reports that define, track and analyse metric related to all related responsibilities.
• Coordinate with high profile (government agencies and private sectors) for urgent requests.
• Resolve clients’ complaints in a timely manner and ensure their satisfaction.
• Develop, monitor and update the resource-loaded schedule and progress of works in cooperation with other project
departments and report its status.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Monitor cost performance, update cost control tools and prepare budget forecasts.
• Prepare the contractually required reports as well as the Company’s internal project control reports.
• Manage the contract scope including claims and variations.
• Establish and manage the invoicing procedure and supervise its proper implementation.
• Identify, communicate risks and areas of concerns and propose mitigation plans.
• Support the development of the projects control members.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities;
revise the schedule as required.
• Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate.
• Execute the project according to the project plan.
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the
project.
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project
standards.
• Prepare reports on the project for management.
• Monitor all budgeted project expenditures.
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis
(monthly/bimonthly).
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within the budget and at the required level of quality.
• Report HSE hazards, incidents and concerns.

Architect

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and delivering the project designs as part of a team, from inception to completion through multiple design stages.
• Develop and coordinate the project design, details, material specifications and technologies for project specifications, in line with the project design.
• Coordinate and assure quality, continuity and consistency of project drawings and documentation.
• Effectively coordinate all project disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Cost Control and Interior Design)
• Maintain positive and progressive day-to-day communications with client, consultants, and team.
• Ensure Project Delivery in accordance with internal design stage and overall project programme.
• Monitor and maintain project milestones, implementing established studio tools such as project action lists, project program, site reports, etc.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are properly implemented and maintained, including statutory requirements, etc.
• Ensure the established and client-approved concept design is rigorously developed and implemented with minimal variations except those agreed by the Design Director / Partners / Client, or required for coordination of structure / MEP / Cost Control.
• Design blueprints for various structures.
• Provide various pre-design services, including conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, preparing cost analysis and land-use studies, or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
• Determine space requirements.
• Research potential building users.
• Prepare and present drawings for approval.
• Develop final construction plans.
• Develop air-conditioning, heating, and ventilating systems, electrical systems, communications systems, plumbing; and, possibly, site and landscape plans.
• Specify building materials needed.
• Follow building codes, zoning laws, and fire regulations when creating design.

Civil Engineer

BS Degree in Civil Engineering
5-7 years of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects.
• Prepare design documents for civil systems (land development, transportation, municipal, drainage, water and sanitary sewer design) including calculation, drawing and civil specification.
• Review local zoning codes, preliminary entitlements, process requirements submittals and permitting requirements.
• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and permitting/approval process as it relates to civil engineering and coordinate project work with all project team.
• Assist in maintaining client relationship by providing exceptional services and quality through our deliverable.
• Leadership skills and the ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to the client.
• Preparing construction schedule and reports for management.
• Monitor project against the project plan and report discrepancies/delays and solutions for taking corrective action.
• Organize and manage the workforce, supervise the site and keep the PM updated on the progress of the project, attend to all technical and engineering problems and drawing change in an effective and timely manner.
• Conduct quality checks and complete quality check list with the QC inspector, on works carried out to ensure that the project meets the specifications.
• Evaluating project progress against programs on weekly basis and providing the management with a comparative analysis.
• Responsible for day to day interaction with client/consultants/sub-contractor’s regarding progress of the work.
• Preparation of detailed schedule from BOQ.
• Preparing commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan.
• Execute issued snag list from consultants, oversee contractors for various works and monitor all jobs for timely completion and compliance.
